Let me introduce myself!
My name is Sina, and since young age, I have been passionate about sports. This website is a result of it, and my goal is to share my experience with all of you.
I would also like to thank you for your support, and hopefully you will find all the information and inspiration you are searching for.
How will I help you improve your Pilates practice?
Pilates is a great form of physical exercise, and will share everything I have learned with you. Here you can find all the relevant information about Pilates, not just workout programs.
From theory behind practice, to suggestions about losing weight, preventing back pain, and similar subjects, I will try to cover them all.
Some of you may be complete beginners, while others may be experienced athletes, so the idea is to provide content for everyone.
How did I get the idea to start this?
For more than 25 years, I have been involved in different sports activities.
I started with soccer, which I played for 17 years. That was a great starting point for my 10 year long running career. Recreational running soon became much more, and I finished a few marathons too, including those in Amsterdam, Valencia, Budapest, and of course, Ljubljana.
These challenging outdoor activities lead me to hiking. One of my favorite hikes was climbing Triglav (2864 m), the highest peak of Slovenia.

Pilates came as a logical response to all of these. It is very restorative, and helps me with all other activities. It is a low-impact workout, which has beneficial effect on my joints and muscles.
By increasing flexibility, Pilates lowers the possibility of injuries.
For me, it is the best activity to be combined with any other sport, and it also gives me a peace of mind.
